WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by September 25 to help us plan accordingly.

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK?
Yes, we have reserved rooms at The Courtyard by Marriott Tampa Oldsmar. When calling to book your room, mention you are part of “The Green Wedding” for a special rate. While this guarantees availability, hotel prices fluctuate, so we encourage checking the hotel’s website, other booking sites, or hotels in the area to ensure you are getting the best rate.

HOW SOON DO I NEED TO BOOK A HOTEL?
Since hotel availability is limited in the area, we recommend booking sooner than later. AirBnb is another great option for lodging.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR TRANSPORTATION?
Your best option is to book a rental car from the airport.

WHAT WEEKEND EVENTS DO I NEED TO BE AT?
Friday and Saturday - “You Time”
We know many of you will be traveling to Florida for our special day, and we hope you make the most of your trip in addition to celebrating with us! For this reason, we have kept Friday and Saturday open for you to enjoy the time exploring the area. For ideas and recommendations on what to do, visit our Travel & Stay page.

If you are in the wedding party or an immediate family member, you will also need to be at the Saturday rehearsal at Historic Andrews Memorial Chapel, time TBD.

WHAT IS THE TIMELINE OF SUNDAY?

4:00 PM - 4:30 PM | Ceremony
~ Travel time to reception venue ~
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM | Cocktail Hour
6:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Reception - First Dance, Dinner, Speeches, Cake, Dance Party, and Send-off!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 3:30 PM at Historic Andrews Memorial Chapel to park and find your seat. Please be seated by 3:45 PM; late arrivals will be asked to wait outside until the processional is complete and guests are seated.

WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?
There is plenty of free parking at both venues. Look for the signs to help navigate to the parking lots.

MAY I BRING A GUEST/FRIEND?
Due to limited seating at the venues, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We kindly ask that only people named on your invitation attend.

MAY I BRING CHILDREN?
Yes, if your child’s/children’s name(s) are listed on the invitation, we welcome them to attend the wedding festivities. We kindly ask that if your child becomes disruptive during the ceremony, you step outside with them and only return inside once they are calm.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Our celebration will be Dressy Casual, comfort encouraged.
WOMEN: Midi/maxi sundress, tea-length dress, or nice jumpsuit/pant suit.
MEN: Chinos or khakis with a button-down shirt or nice polo. Coat and tie optional; please avoid jeans.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?
We welcome you to take photos, but invite you to put away your devices for the vows portion of the ceremony. We want our guests to be present in this special moment with us, and we have hired photographers to capture every minute of the wedding!

WHAT FOOD WILL BE SERVED?
A variety of Italian hor d’oeuvres will be served for cocktail hour. For dinner, we will be serving an Italian buffet for adults; chicken fingers and mac’n’cheese for kids (ages 2-8).

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Please note your restrictions in your RSVP with your name so we can accommodate you. If you have already RSVP’d and did not mention your dietary restrictions, please contact us directly. Our phone numbers are listed under the last FAQ.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes, we will have an open bar with a limited menu.

WHAT TIME WILL THE RECEPTION END?
The sparklers send-off will take place at 9:30 PM. The reception will end promptly at 10:00 PM, and clean up will begin immediately following.
